Our 30-night trial

Every {{ shop_name }} ring comes with a 30-night risk-free trial. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

Email {{ email }} with your order number and we'll walk you through the process. Please don't send your ring back before you've heard from us — we'll confirm the return address and next steps first.

Condition of returns

Your ring should be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and in a condition suitable for resale. Rings that are damaged, engraved, or heavily worn beyond normal trial use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund timing

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your ring arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at {{ email }} as soon as possible. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Your consumer guarantee rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy, including our 30-night trial, is offered in addition to — and does not replace — these statutory rights.
